Class Description
Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an innovative body-conditioning and strengthening program focusing on core strength, weight placement, and alignment of the body with a gradual approach of carefully designed exercises. Students gain a great sense of posture and weight-placement, while feeling each correct muscle group working throughout each exercise. This class is taught by Artistic Director Danielle Kaiser, who is a certified PBT instructor. Join us on Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30 PM throughout the month of June. This class is open to all levels.
